But i think the main issue is not being able to sign up directly on SC with manually. Im thinking maybe they blocked IP.

Im unable to sign up even directly on SC. They give me "Something unexpected happened. Please try again."

happens on different browsers/ devices.

Is it possible they banned my IP or is this something that's been an issue?

Im getting a bad_request message when trying to create accounts. I am trying to comment and then hit this notice. The accounts were previously not having this issue. It seems they are all getting it now.
